● You must Create a profile to place an order on our site. Make and track your orders.
● Orders will be shipped within two days of
payment being processed.
● Orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number.
● a-town REPRESENTIN'/APAM is not responsible for packages after they have been accepted by USPS for delivery.

● If you choose PICK-UP items SAVE MONEY ON SHIPPING! You will get e-mailed a copy of your invoice and we will also get the same invoice (Through email we will coordinate on a date and time for you to pick up your merchandise!) (Contact us at sales@atownrepresentin.com to schedule your LOCAL PICK-UP or call 610 504-3142). This means that you will be coming to our office at 532 Hamilton St. Allentown, Pa 18101 to pay in person for your merchandise by either Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle or by cash exact change only! We also have a P.O.S. (Point of Sale) system, that takes debit and credit cards.

Returns & Exchange Policies
● No Returns for refunds!
● Exchanges: You may exchange unworn clothing with tags on it for something of the same price point. Within Seven days. No exceptions!
● Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
• We are not responsible for shrinkage or peeling or cracking of screen printing on the apparel. No exceptions!
• Follow the washing instructions on the apparel for maximum longevity!
